3D Assessment
CBCT imaging, clinical findings and prosthetic goals define the implant strategy.
Samarani Clinic uses CBCT planning, guided implant positioning and full-arch prosthetic design to create stable immediate provisional teeth in selected cases, followed by a definitive bridge after healing.

“All-On-X” is the general term for restoring an entire arch of teeth on a limited number of implants. The “X” represents the number of implants required for that individual case.
Some patients may be treated with four implants, others with six, and occasionally more. The number is determined by anatomy, bone quality, implant stability and the prosthetic plan.
The bridge is secured to implants rather than resting loosely like a removable denture.
A complete arch can often be supported without placing an implant for every missing tooth.
Posterior implants may be tilted to use stronger available bone and improve support.
Strategic positioning may avoid extensive grafting in selected patients.
A fixed temporary bridge can often be delivered the same day when primary stability is sufficient.
The definitive stronger restoration is delivered after the implants have integrated.
Instead of replacing each tooth with an individual implant, All-On-X distributes the load of a full bridge across strategically positioned implants.
This approach can reduce surgical complexity while creating a stable foundation for a complete fixed set of teeth.
Samarani Clinic states that in most suitable All-On-X cases, patients can leave with a functional fixed temporary bridge on the day of surgery.
Immediate loading is conditional. It depends on implant stability, bone quality, anatomy and the surgical findings at the time of placement.
One of the defining features of All-On-X is the strategic positioning and angulation of posterior implants.
This can help the surgical team engage stronger available bone and reduce the need for large grafting procedures in selected cases.
CBCT imaging, clinical findings and prosthetic goals define the implant strategy.
Four, six or another appropriate number of implants are placed according to the plan.
When stability allows, a screw-retained provisional bridge can be connected immediately.
After healing, the definitive stronger full-arch restoration is fabricated and fitted.
The immediate provisional bridge is designed to protect the implants during early healing while restoring appearance and function.
Once osseointegration has progressed, a final stronger bridge is designed around the healed implant positions, bite and facial esthetics.
All-On-4 and All-On-6 describe specific implant counts. All-On-X is the broader term because the ideal number can vary.
Samarani Clinic determines the implant count according to available bone, implant distribution, bite forces and the design of the planned bridge.
The bridge is screw-retained on the implants and does not move in the way a removable denture can.
The aim is to restore chewing, speech and smile confidence with a stable full-arch solution designed for long-term maintenance.
Samarani Clinic brings more than 25 years of implantology experience to complex full-arch treatment and has used immediate-loading protocols in selected cases since 2003.
The clinic combines surgical planning, CBCT imaging, prosthetic design and esthetic customization when building the final treatment plan.
It means a complete arch of fixed teeth supported by a limited number of dental implants. The “X” represents the number of implants selected for the individual case.
The difference is the number of implants used to support the bridge. Some patients require four, others six, and occasionally another number based on anatomy and prosthetic requirements.
Samarani Clinic states that same-day fixed provisional teeth are possible in many suitable cases when enough primary implant stability is achieved. This cannot be guaranteed before surgery.
No. Strategic implant angulation can often reduce or avoid extensive grafting, but some patients still require augmentation depending on bone availability and anatomy.
The final bridge is fixed to the implants and is non-removable by the patient. It still requires professional maintenance and routine hygiene.
